- Made with beans from Ecuador, Colombia and Ghana. This couverture has a well rounded cacao taste with floral notes and a vanilla finish.

- Its low viscosity provides for varied applications. Can be used to coat praline and specialties, fill hollow shells and create ganaches, mousses and creams. 

- Ingredients: Sugar, cacao kernel, cacao butter, emulsifier (E322: SOYA Lecithin), vanilla* Madagascar. 52% minimum. of cacao.
