Renshaw, Natural Marzipan 25% Almond - 500gm

About this product:

- Renshaw Marzipan is ideal for covering cakes and modelling.

- It can be used with a variety of cutters & moulds, and is easily coloured or flavoured.

- Ingredients: Sugar, Almonds (24%), Glucose syrup, water, Invert sugar syrup, Preservative: Potassium sorbate.

- Allergy advice: Made in a factory that handles nuts.

- Store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened, wrap marzipan in cling film, and place inside an air tight container to prevent drying out.

- Weight: 500gm

Product Use:

1. Knead until pliable, and mould or roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar to the desired thickness. Use product at room temperature.
