Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Pastry Pro Retail Sdn Bhd wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for refund under the following terms and conditions:


1.    ITEM CONDITION. Unless an item is being returned because it was damaged or defective upon receipt, item(s) to be returned: 

I.    Must be in new, unused, and sealable condition with tags attached including any accessories, labels, manual that shipped with the product. 

II.    May be “open box” but must be complete and all original packaging intact.


2.    VALIDITY PERIOD FOR RETURN.

I.    Packaging issue: Complaint within 2 days from received date.

II.    Quality issue:       Complaint within 5 days from received date.

         

3.    EXCLUDED ITEMS. All items, with the exception of the following, are eligible for return:

I.    Perishable/Frozen/Sensitive

II.    Clearance Items/Final sale Items

III.    Special-order items/Custom-made products

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet the above criteria or at the discretion of store management. We do not accept change of mind returns.


4.     RETURN SHIPPING FEE. Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items that are being returned because they are defective or damaged, will be paid by seller. Return shipping on items that are being returned for other reasons will be paid by customer.


5.    FORM OF PAYMENT. For returned items, refunds will be issued:

I.    Online Bank Transfer.

II.    Cash Deposit Machine.

Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable unless otherwise stated.


6.         To initiate a return, please contact us at +60143330181 or email marketing@pastrypro.com.my to obtain a return authorization. Please include your original order number, picture proof and reason for the return.

Once your return is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to [14] business days for your refund to be processed once your return is received.


7.         REFUND ONLY (If Applicable). In case such as item no stock (fully/partially), item(s) cannot deliver, kindly note that we process our refunds every Friday/Saturday and please allow up to [14] business days to be reflected in your account.
