Shipping Policy
Pastry Pro Retail Sdn Bhd shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver products of acceptable quality to the delivery address specified and keyed in by the Customer but Pastry Pro Retail Sdn Bhd cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and Pastry Pro Retail Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Pastry Pro Retail Sdn Bhd.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY:
Your order(s) will be delivered to you via:
1. EasyParcel – Logistic and shipping service company.
i. We ship to all Malaysian states. For order placed before 10 AM, please allow three (3) to five (5) working days for Peninsular Malaysia and five (5) to seven (7) working days for East Malaysia including Labuan.
ii. Please note that we will not accept delivery to a P.O. Box address and it might not be possible for delivery to some locations within the aforesaid areas in certain circumstances. If delivery to some locations is not possible, we may contact you to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.
iii. Delivery charges of all our partners will be published before checking out of shopping cart.
iv. The Customer is to notify Pastry Pro Retail Sdn Bhd immediately of a change to his delivery address and contact number and additional charges might occur for the new address changes.
2. Lalamove – Provides same-day delivery services.
i. All Lalamove orders placed before 10 AM on Monday to Friday will be delivered on the same day anytime. Delivery arrangement will start from 2pm onwards. The same-day delivery arrangement excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
ii. The Customer is to notify Pastry Pro Retail Sdn Bhd immediately of a change to his delivery address and contact number and additional charges might occur for the new address changes.
iii. For any concern (regarding incomplete item, changes in delivery, etc) Pastry Pro Retail Sdn Bhd will contact customer through call, whatsapp and/or email.
3. Self-Pickup
i. Alternatively Buyer can choose to self-pickup their purchases at our warehouse location available from 2pm onwards (exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)

ii. If the Customer is not personally available to pick-up the orders, a representative may collect on behalf of the Customer provided always that the said representative must be over 18 years of age and capable of receiving the delivery. The Customer or its representative may be required to produce proof of identity on delivery or collection of Products and all deliveries shall be signed off by the Customer or its representative on the delivery invoices.
