- The Dark Compound Batons have a delicious chocolatey flavour, and a melting profile similar to chocolate. It is able to withstand baking temperatures of 200 - 220°C.
- This baton allows you to cut the chocolate into different lengths.
- Composition: Sugar, Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (Palm Kernel Oil), Cocoa Powder, Emulsifier: Sunflower Lecithin (E322), Natural Vanilla.
- May contain traces of Milk, Soy, Tree nuts & Wheat (containing gluten).
