• This is Chef Rubber Black Fat Dispersible Powder Color, a super concentrated liposoluble colorant for coloring fat-based items.
• Our fat dispersible powders are matte and opaque in appearance.
• Mix into fat based media (chocolate, buttercream, cocoa butter, butter, etc), a liitle at a time to achieve desired depth of color.
