• Chefmaster Yellow Candy Color Oil-Dispersible Coloring is great to color coating chocolate and other bases with high fat content in various intensities of classic yellow hues.
• Formulated to bind easily with any fat-based ingredients such as white chocolate, compound coatings and icings with high levels of fat such as Swiss Buttercream.

How to use:

• Due to the high quality of our Chefmaster Candy Color, we recommend slowly adding one drop of Candy Colors at a time until you achieve your desired shade.
• Do not try to mix water-based food coloring with your Candy Colors or any oil-based products as oil and water don’t mix.
