About this product:

- They are perfect for making foams as well as hollandaise, infusions, sauces and mousses.

- Instruction:

1. When filling, pour liquid up to 2/3 capacity, leaving space for the gas to discharge into cylinder.

2. Use chilled cream and liquid (4-69°C)

3. Contents must not have solids to avoid blockages and ensire fluid discharge from nozzles.

4. When charging gas, use 1 charger for the 0.5L & 0.25L containers and 2 chargers for the 1L container.

5. After charging, shake 4-5 times. Over shaking will cause the cream to be too light.
