- This is Chef Rubber Black Fat Dispersible Powder Color, a super concentrated liposoluble colorant for coloring fat-based items.

-  Our fat dispersible powders are matte and opaque in appearance.

- Mix into fat based media (chocolate, buttercream, cocoa butter, butter, etc), a liitle at a time to achieve desired depth of color.

- Ingredients: Lakes (Kosher) & Dyes (Kosher) of: FD&C; Blue#1, Blue #2, Red #3, Yellow #5, Yellow # 6, Red #40 &/or Titanium Dioxide
