 1 pkt pre-portioned cake mix (Dawn R&H Richcreme Base)

1 pkt pre-portioned low protein flour

1 pkt pre-portioned dark chocolate chips

1 pkt pre-portioned almond strips

What You’ll Need from Home

 300 g Unsalted Butter   

 40 g eggs

 70 g water

How To Make Your Cookies

1. Mix flour and Richcreme Base with unsalted butter until crumbly. 

2. Add in eggs and water until well mixed. Do not over mix.

3. Add in almond strips and chocolate chips.

4. Scoop onto baking tray and bake at 190°C (top) and 170°C (bottom) for about 12 minutes.
