About this product:

•  They are perfect for making foams as well as hollandaise, infusions, sauces and mousses.
•  Instruction:
  When filling, pour liquid up to 2/3 capacity, leaving space for the gas to discharge into cylinder.
  Use chilled cream and liquid (4-69°C)
  Contents must not have solids to avoid blockages and ensire fluid discharge from nozzles.
  When charging gas, use 1 charger for the 0.5L & 0.25L containers and 2 chargers for the 1L container.
  After charging, shake 4-5 times. Over shaking will cause the cream to be too light.
