Premium Instant Pastry Cream Custard Powder

A vanilla flavoured instant pastry cream custard powder. 

Mainly used for filling breads, doughnuts and eclairs 

ADVANTAGES:

• Powdered vanilla cream
• Light and creamy consistency
• Bake, freeze, and thaw stable. 

Use prepared cream within 2 hours if not refrigerated OR 24 hours if refrigerated. 

Keep cool and dry at 5-15 degree Celsius.

Recipe:

• 400 gm of instant mix
• 1 liter of water
