How To Start Your Decoration?

1. Sugar Coating: Add 2 teaspoons of water to the sugar fondant, then warm up in microwave or bain-marie.
2. Chocolate Coating: Melt chocolate buttons with microwave or bain-marie.
3. Dip the donut into the coating, flip it and put onto a tray or rack.
3. Sprinkle the decorations onto the donut while the coating's still wet.
