This cutting wheel tool is double ended and the diameter of the wheels measure 10mm and 15mm.

It is used to cut and trim sugar pate and marzipan with ease, perfect for making ribbon, bows, leaves and flowers.

The cutting wheel can also be used as an embosser to make indentations and detailing.
